North Coast Environmental Laboratories Inc. (NCEL) is the premier Household Septic Treatment System (HSTS) testing lab in North East Ohio.  We sample and test in accordance with all Ohio EPA Methods as defined by the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).

NCEL offers an excellent HSTS Package for those who require an Annual NPDES Test.  Included is:  sampling, bottles, preservatives, Chain of Custody, testing and reporting.  A copy of your results will be sent to your reporting county after completion.  You will receive a hard copy for your records as well as an annual testing reminder sent to you the following year.  You may call and speak directly with the chemists who ran your tests with any questions you may have.
